This website also uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag on the following pages: home, expert network, converged network visualisation, and regenerative tourism advisory. The Legal, Privacy & Disclaimer page is excluded from this tracking. The Insight Tag enables us to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising, track conversions originating from LinkedIn ad clicks, and build anonymised website audiences for retargeting. The tag sets cookies from the licdn.com and linkedin.com domains and transmits data (page URL, browser and device information, IP address, timestamp) to LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Dublin) and LinkedIn Corporation (Sunnyvale, California, USA) under standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in marketing performance measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) where applicable. Data retention: LinkedIn deletes personal data from the tag within seven days of collection where it is not used for a matched ad, and up to 180 days for matched-audience purposes. You can opt out at any time via LinkedIn's retargeting opt-out, and disable the tag entirely by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or by using a tracking-protection browser extension.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Contact enquiry data is retained for up to three years from last contact. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is retained per default settings (26 months). LinkedIn Insight Tag data is retained per LinkedIn's policy: up to seven days for unmatched pixel data, up to 180 days for matched-audience membership.
Under the Swiss nFADP and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
